O Rock is a fitness obstacle course fun run that combines off-road terrain and obstacles. You’ll climb over parked cars, fences and containers, slide down fireman poles, crawl under nets, jump over and under walls while running over a combination of dirt paths, grass fields, beach sand and foot paths.
