Whaka 100
The Whaka 100 will take place from the 25th to the 27th of October 2024.
The Whaka 100 proudly holds the reputation of one of the toughest mountain bike marathons in the Southern Hemisphere. Challenge yourself on either the 160km, 100km, 50km, 25km or 10km course in the world famous trails of Rotorua.
The Shimano Whaka 100 is considered to be one of New Zealand’s toughest single day mountain bike events. The 100km event has a whopping 3,00m of elevation.
The New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Whaka 50km has slightly less elevation with an estimated 1,300m of climbing.
In addition, the Whaka 100 event offers a 25km, 10km and a kids 5km.
