The Porirua Grand Traverse due to take place on the 5th of April 2020 will now take place on the 4th of October.
Established in 2006, the PGT is a grand tour of Porirua’s spectacular hills, harbour and coastline.
The Motu Challenge takes place in Opotiki on the 10th of October 2020. The event offers a multisport race as well as the Motu 160 MTB and Road Bike Challenge as well as short and long duathlon options.
Spring Challenge is heading to Cambridge this October for the North Island Women's Adventure Race. The annual adventure race event for women only, is designed by endurance athlete Nathan Fa’avae, who is a 6-time Adventure Racing World Champion. Nathan and his wife Jodie run the infinitely popular Spring Challenges.
Caltex Westport Cape Fear due to take place on the 4th of April has been postponed to 17th October 2020. Cape Fear is a multisport physical challenge for youth aged 10 - 18.
The Salmon Run multi-sport event will be held on the 17th of October 2020. The event includes a multisport event, three running distances, a short and long duathlon course as well as a mountain bike event.
Race Two of the Kayak HQ Multisport Triathlon will take place on the 18th of October 2020 at Rabbit Island. Distances offered include a long course and a short course multisport triathlon as well as a long and short course mountain bike duathlon.
The 6+6 Maxis Projects Adventure Race due to take place on the 24 - 25th April 2020 has been postponed until the 24 - 25th October 2020.
The 6+6 Maxis Projects Adventure Race hosted by the Southland Triathlon and Multisport Club is a two staged adventure race.
The 3D Rotorua Multisport Festival will be held on the 1st of November 2020 after the annual Queen's Birthday weekend event at Lake Tikitapu & Whakarewarewa Forest in Rotorua was postponed due to Covid-19. Over 800 participants will take part in the various events on offer.

The River Wild Raft N Run Challenge is team challenge which includes a 16km white water rafting adventure followed by an 8km run or walk. Teams of 5 to 6 must complete the run / walk together.
The white water rafting adventure takes place in the Tongariro River.
The 2020 Wander Women Adventure Race will take place on the 14th of November 2020 in Tauranga. The adventure race has been created by women for women and is a beginner friendly race designed to empower women.
The Taieri Mouth Multisport and Duathlon Event will take place on the 15th of November 2020. The event offers a multisport and duathlon event. The Multisport event involves a 7km Kayak, 10. 5km Run and 26km MTB.
The Futureproof Life Rodney Coast Challenge multisport event traverses the Rodney district from Muriwai beach on the west coast to Wenderholm Regional Park on the east coast. This iconic multisport event has been run by Kaukaupakapa Scouts for 23 Years.
The Southern Lakes Multisport Club 24 / 12 Hour Adventure Race will take place in the beautiful Cromwell - Bannockburn area from the 20 - 22 of November 2020.
The Southland Secondary Schools Junior Adventure Race will take place on the 20th of November at Sandy Point Golf Club in Invercargill. The event is open to Years 7 - 10 secondary school students. The race includes disciplines of MTB, trekking, kayaking and navigation in a team of four.
SwimRun Whangamata will be held on the 21st of November 2020 in beautiful Whangamata on the Coromandel.
Swimrunners will be transported to Onemana and compete over a classic point-to-point SwimRun course finishing in Whangamata. The event is a total distance of 23.
The Banks Peninsula Adventure Race is a 3, 6 and 9 hour adventure race on Sunday, 29th of November 2020 starting from a mystery location somewhere on the Peninsula, within 1 hours drive of Christchurch.

Held every February, the Kathmandu Coast to Coast race starts on the West Coast, at Kumara Beach and traverses the width of the South Island, crossing the main divide and finishing on the East Coast with the finish at the Pier on New Brighton Beach in Christchurch.
The Te Anau Enduro is a multisport endurance race held in Lake Te Anau in Southland. The course is multi-lap over 4 hours, 6 hours or 8 hours and combines a kayak course, run course and a mountain bike course.
The Spirited Women All Women's Adventure Race North Island edition will take place from the 12 - 14th of March 2021. The event will be held in Northland in the Whangarei district.
All Women’s Adventure Race is a social event, catering for all levels of fitness and experience.
The Summer Challenge will be held in Nelson from the 12-14 March 2021.
The Northpower Wild Kiwi will return on the 27th of March 2021. The Northpower Wild Kiwi takes place at stunning Whangarei Heads which offers incredible views, amazing beaches, tracks and trails.
The second South Island Spirited Women - All Women's Adventure Race will take place in stunning Marlborough, from the 9th - 11th of April 2021. Teams of four women will take part in a short, medium or long course adventure in the great outdoors.

The Kaikoura Adventure Race is a fundraiser for adventure racing groups and Kaikoura High School.
The Nugget Multisport Festival will return on the 8th of May 2021.
The Festival includes the Full Nugget Multisport Race, Half Nugget Duathlon, 24km Adventure Run / Walk and the 12km or 6km Off-Road Run/Walk.
The Nelson Airport K2M Multisport Event due to take place on the 2nd of May 2020 has been postponed to the 29th of May 2021.
