12 Paddle events
The Kayak Krazy 10km Series Lake Karapiro will take place on the 9th of August 2020. The Crazy Kayak Series is hosted by a number of canoe clubs around the country.
Kayak Krazy 10km Championships will take place on the 29th of August 2020 at Lake Okareka, Rotorua. This is the final race in the Kayak Krazy 10km series and is also the national 10km champs. This series has races for all ages and abilities.
The Waikato Awa Race will take place on the 12th of September 2020. The event starts at the Grantham Street Boat Ramp, Hamilton and distances offered include 20km, 10km & 6km.
The South Island Canoe Sprint Championships will be held at Ruantanuiwha Rowing Centre, Twizel on the 26-27 September 2020. South Island clubs will vie for the coveted South Island Trophy. The event also includes the South Island School Champs.
The first Blue Lake National Canoe Sprint Regatta be held at Lake Tikitapu in Rotorua on the 10th and 11th of October 2020.
Nelson Paddle Fest will return in 2020 over Labour Weekend from 23- 26th of October. Organised by the Nelson SUP Club, the weekend showcases what an amazing spot the Nelson Tasman region is for everything paddle related.
The Vaikobi Auckland King & Queen of the Harbour is part of the Darcy Price NZ Ocean Surfski series. The event will return on the 5th of December 2020 and features SUP and Waka-Ama categories.
The second Blue Lake National Canoe Sprint Regatta be held at Lake Tikitapu in Rotorua on the 12th and 13th of December 2020.

The James Moore-morial Champions Cup is the the 2nd race of the Darcy Price NZ Ocean Surfski series. The event will be held on the 6th of February 2021 at Mount Maunganui.
The NZCT New Zealand Canoe Sprint Championships will be held at Lake Karapiro from the 19 - 21 February 2021. The event is the pinnacle of the canoe sprint domestic season and is open to all age groups.
Te Heke is a 56km circumnavigational relay paddle challenge around beautiful Waiheke Island. The racing vessels can either be a one man waka ama (outrigger canoe), surfski, or a standup paddleboard (SUP). Also welcome are 2, 3 and 4 man Waka Ama craft.
