The Breca Bay of Islands due to take place on the 9th of April 2022 has been postponed. 

The Breca Bay of Islands swimrun capitalizes on the areas beautiful white-sand beaches, pristine islands, lagoons and turquoise waters. The courses follow the classic island-hopping swimrun format over the Bay's stunning islands, before the grand finish at the Otehei Bay island resort.

The Breca Bay of Islands swimrun is a challenging race requiring a high level of fitness. The course is a total 32.5km with 22 transitions made up of 24km's running and 8.5km's swimming. 

The Breca Bay of Islands Sprint offers a shorter distance swimrun event for teams of two. The course is made up of 9km's running and 3.5km's swimming with 11 transitions.
