Race Two of the Kayak HQ Multisport Triathlon will take place on the 18th of October 2020 at Rabbit Island. Distances offered include a long course and a short course multisport triathlon as well as a long and short course mountain bike duathlon.

The long course multisport triathlon includes a 6km kayak, 17km mountain bike and 4km run.

The short course multisport triathlon includes a 3km kayak or paddleboard, 8.5km mountain bike and 2km run.

The long mountain bike duathlon includes a 4km run, 17km mountain bike and 4km run.

The short mountain bike duathlon include a 2km run, 8.5km mountain bike and 2km run.
