The Kinloch Off-Road Challenge is the finale in the Run Taupō Trail Series. Taking place on the 11th of September 2021, the event offers a Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km, 5km as well as a Kids Dash. The courses utilize the excellent trail network in and around Kinloch, Taupō.

The Marathon heads out past the picturesque Kawakawa Bay, the Half Marathon heads around the headland loop and the 5km or 10km courses head up the Whangamata stream.
