The MT Outdoors Southern Lakes Half Marathon due to take place on the 4th of April 2020 has been cancelled. Please refer to Facebook page for further information. 

The event offers a half marathon and 10km in beautiful Central Otago.

The Southern Lakes Half Marathon & 10km Run starts from just below the Cardrona Ski Field entrance, 3km down the valley from the Cardrona Hotel. The route follows the Cardrona Valley Road to Pembroke Park in the middle of Wanaka.

This event has been running since 2008 and now has a capacity field of 500 from all over NZ and many overseas competitors. This may well be the fastest and most scenic Half Marathon in the country.
