The James Great Southern Alps Miler 2024 event has been cancelled. The 2025 event will take place on the 17th and 18th of January.
The Great Southern Alps Miler is 100 miles of some the most sublime and superb big mountain landscapes NZ is world famous for. Set right in the heart of the Northern end of the iconic Southern Alps, behind Hanmer Springs. Mountain passes, high country lakes, beech clad braided river valleys and big tussock flats and the almighty Faerie Queen!
