Clements Endurance Series Ironman Challenge
Race 4 of the Nelson Tri Club Clements Endurance Series is the Ironman Challenge, a 3.8km ocean swim. Swimmers head north from Tahunanui Beach and will reach the dolphin navigation marker at about high tide, turning south to follow the toe of Haulashore Island around to the second navigation marker to the south of the island, then back to the beach. There will also be a shorter 1300m swim from the Richardson St steps to Tahunanui Beach.
