The Cross Triathlon Rabbit Island Triathlon due to take place on the the 5th of April 2020 has been cancelled. Please refer to Facebook page for further information. 

Distances on offer include Sprint Distance and Short Distance. The Sprint Distance is a 750m swim, 15-20km mountain bike and 5km run. The Short Distance is a 250m swim, 8-10km bike and 2km run. There are also run and bike Duathlon options for both sprint and short distances also.
