Lake Hayes Triathlon 2025
Work off your Christmas over-indulging at the Lake Hayes Triathlon on the 27th of December 2025. New Zealand's oldest triathlon offers Olympic and Sprint tri distances for individuals and teams as well as a Duathlon and 5km and 10km trail runs.
The Olympic Tri is a 1500m swim, 40km bike and 10km Trail Run.
The Sprint distance Tri involves a 750m swim, 20km MTB and 5km Trail Run.
The Duathlon event has a 1.5km run, 20km bike and 5km trail run.
The Lake Hayes Triathlon event also include a DU IT challenge which is a 1.5km trail run, 8km MTB and 1.5km run.
