 Tri: Half Ironman (Swim 2km, Bike 90km & Run 21km) & Quarter Ironman (Swim 1km, Bike 45km & Run 10km). Aquabike: Swim 2km, Bike 90km & 100m run. Run: Half Marathon & 10.5km.

Rotorua Suffer will take place on the 21st of December 2024. The event includes a Half Ironman (Swim 2km, Bike 90km & Run 21km) as well as a Quarter Ironman (Swim 1km, Bike 45km & Run 10km). In addition, the event offers an aquabike event (Swim 2km and Bike 90km) and two running distances (half marathon & 10.5km) at Tikitapu – The Blue Lake, Rotorua.
