 From $10 to $20 8-10 years: 100m Swim, 2km Cycle, 1km Run/walk (Team or Individual). 11-13 years: 200m Swim, 4km Cycle, 2km Run/walk (Team or Individual)

The Ironkids Triathlon returns in 2023 on the 22nd of January. There are different distances for the different ages and the event is managed in a safe environment utilizing Napier's Ocean Spa facilities and the rotary pathways.
